Ideal for families, friends and groups looking to create unforgettable memories, this exclusive property features direct beach access, a private pool, a unique glamping spot and state-of-the-art amenities.
Imagine waking up to the sound of waves gently crashing on the shore, stepping out onto your private terrace to enjoy morning coffee with uninterrupted ocean views. Spend your days sunbathing on the beach (with direct and private access), cooling off in the crystal-clear pool or engaging in friendly competitions on our paddle and soccer courts or kayaking water activities. As evening falls, gather in our magical “Tulumcito” garden, around the BBQ grill for a delicious meal or relax under the stars in our cozy glamping area.
Our beach house is designed to accommodate up to 16 guests in total comfort and style. It has 4 comfortable and cozy bedrooms, a unique glamping experience and two separate bedrooms. Whether you are planning a family reunion, a celebration event or just a getaway with friends, you will find everything you need for a perfect stay.
In addition, if you want to relax and not worry about anything, we also offer a cook service for an extra fee, so you can enjoy food made with love!
Covid 19 health protocols are in place. And it has a house cleaning service and change of linens and towels for stays longer than three days.

It is the most visited beach in Yucatan. In less than 30 minutes you will find archaeological sites such as Dzibixaltun and Xcambo, cenotes, ecological reserves, an extensive beach with white sand, shallow sea very safe to go in and enjoy.
To get to the house, you need to travel by vehicle. In Merida there is Uber service. The owner of the house can provide you with transportation service at an additional cost.
Because it is facing the sea, the weather conditions that generate wind on rare occasions require closing the front to the sea but not the view. In these conditions it is habitable and you can enjoy the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was amazing. We loved the pool, treehouse and outdoor/indoor living.

The house is beautiful, but some key factors were not mentioned by the rental owner. No information was provided that we would have to provide our own toilet paper after the initial roll provided runs out. As well as receiving only one jug of water, you need to purchase any additional on your own. You don’t have direct beach access; you need to jump a solid barrier that was placed to prevent the waves from eating away at the property. We did have a maintenance couple who live on site (separate home), and they open the glass doors for you and the wife makes your beds daily. This was an added perk but again was not mentioned and we found out once we spoke to the onsite couple.
