Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the holiday apartment Casa Casares Beach in Casares impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 155 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, and beach/pool towels. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The building features an elevator for easy access. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a terrace, balcony, and barbecue.
Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, children's pool, playground, and outdoor shower. The swimming pool is open from 10 am to 8:30 pm. The padel court is open from 10 am to 9:30 pm. The property is located close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away. Public transport links are within walking distance, and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the nearby area.
Two parking spaces are available in a garage. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the premises.

Pros: The penthouse had everything we possibly could have needed for our stay. It was finished to a very high standard and was a ‘ home from home’.
The location was perfect; only a 7 minute walk to Playa Ancha and a few minutes further to Sabinillas for plenty restaurants and bars. We took a taxi a few times into Puerto de la Duquesa which cost about 10-12 Euros ( depending on day/time) and is well worth a visit. We actually walked there early morning a few times as there is a boardwalk from Playa Ancha all the way along and further - takes about 35 minutes.
Facilities on site were great: pool with sun beds and Padel court - gardens were beautifully manicured.
Supermarket 2 minutes drive away for stocking up too!
We really couldn’t have asked for anymore. Alain and Nancy ensured checkin and checkout was seem less - great hosts!
