This fabulous apartment with a terrace and a few steps from the sea at Alcudia’s Bay invites 6 guests to spend an unforgettable holidays.
Alcudia’s town is at the north of Majorca Island, and offers to their visitant’s huge entertainment for all the family. There are several restaurants and chiringuitos along Alcudia’s Port with international gastronomy menus where the family can spend a nice evening looking at the sunset. Platja de Muro and Alcudia’s Port are one of the most visited and beautiful of Majorca by the crystal clear water and the white sandy beaches. But if you prefer you can visit Alcudia’s old town by bus or spending the day at the water park Hydropark.
This comfortable apartment with a spectacular terrace and sea views counts with 6 hammocks where you can sunbath while you enjoy a glass of cold sparkling wine and the family chef prepares a delicious barbecue for all the family. Also, there are garden chairs and an exterior dining table. There is a balcony that offers natural light to the living-dining room, provide with a sofa and satellite TV where you can have a seat and enjoy the tranquillity of a winter day or the sunshine of a summer day. The kitchen with vitro ceramic cooker, a microwave, dishwasher and more, invites our guests preparing delicious plates enjoying the sea views. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another one with two single beds, and a third one with a bunker bed, ideal for the family’s children. There are two bathrooms with shower, one of it with a hair dryer. There is air conditioning (hot/cold) at the living – dining room and bedrooms, as well as free WIFI. Washing machine and iron/iron board completes the house equipment. Cot and highchair is available on demand. Besides, there’s one outdoor parking space.
To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require these documents by email.

This property deserves high ratings for location, view and rooftop, however, the communication for entering was delayed to just a couple hours before and our check in was delayed due to an incident they said. There are no house instructions so figuring out the tv remotes, washing machine, etc takes time. The safe didnt work and the bathroom lock and flusher kept coming loose. There is a strong sewer odor, and theu do not provide coffee, laundry soap, shampoo or beach towels, which considering the location is counterintuitive and forces the guest to use luggage room or use the one bath towel and hope it dries. Our 3 previous vrbos in Spain provided much more of these amenities. Also we were told there was free street parking, which is packed with tourists. Then we figured out there is gated parking on property. You're basically on your own to figure it out. The rooftop was excellent.
