A private, screened porch with a mosquito net is ideal for long evenings. Sun loungers and outdoor seatings offer ample opportunities for relaxation. The property is completely surrounded by a high fence, which offers complete privacy.
Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The big lap pool is also ideal for sports activities.

All was good. Clean apt. Pool was nice. Ceiling fan in bedroom had only 1 speed (fast). The only exception was the bed, it was very uncomfortable, didn’t get a good night sleep.

I found a great place in Cape Coral! A spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in the center of town is a fantastic find, especially if it’s convenient for your needs.This is the second time I am staying there, I enjoy the location and the unit itself. Some things that might make your stay even better:Amenities & Comfort: it does have everything you need, like a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, out door screened dinning area, swimming pool.Location Benefits: Being in the center of Cape Coral, you’re close to restaurants, shops, the waterfront Saratoga Park, Golf Course, Kenedy Lake Water Park and other atractions.

We really enjoyed this place. The neighborhood was nice, the pool was amazing and perfect for all ages. We had an issue with a fan that never got resolved there could use a few updates with kitchen utensils but overall a great stay.

The property itself is not in a desirable location. Very busy road, cars speeding non stop day and night and very loud. There are fans not working. Doors not painted. We let the manager know and he did nothing. We then found out he's been told for awhile.
The home is very low supply of anything you may need. We went and bought everything to keep it clean etc. The pool was kept in good condition. The couch was absolutely horribly uncomfortable to even try to sit and watch a movie. The wifi was very low quality. Overall not bad if you are looking for something fast. But I think the owners should definitely look in on their property.
