Come and discover this beautiful 30 m² T2 apartment, located 650 m from the thermal baths of Bagnères-de-Luchon and 280 m from the gondola, in a secure residence with all comforts. Family and authentic, this village at the foot of the highest peaks of the Pyrenees offers you, winter and summer, a variety of activities: skiing, snowboarding, hang-gliding, spa treatments, hiking, guided tours

This accommodation, which can accommodate up to 4 people, has a beautiful living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom.
The apartment
Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the accommodations are composed as follows:
Day area:
- A beautiful bright living room with a lounge area with a pull-out sofa bed 2 x 80x190, a TV and a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen area: refrigerator, 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave grill, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, Nespresso, fondue machine, bread grill
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, a hairdryer, a drying rack.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom: a double bed 140x190
- Iron
Common areas:
- individual ski locker in common room on the first floor
- laundry on the first floor Household products are at your disposal. We thank you for replacing what you have finished. You will also find household utensils (vacuum cleaner, broom, Spanish broom, clothes rack, iron, ironing board...).
Activities:
In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing are available to you in the Superbagnères ski area with 32 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging, but also paragliding or gliding to discover the region from the sky!
From March to October, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Quinconces park!
In summer, you can discover the many hiking circuits: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d'Enfer, Le Pic de Céciré... Take the opportunity to walk on the shores of Lake Oô and admire the splendid view of the peaks of Haute-Garonne or go for a trail or climbing course! Many other activities and events are available to you: mini-golf, golf, football, theatre, concert, Tour de France, Plant Festival, Flower Festival, Christmas market...
