Q: Who can use the resort amenities?
A: All registered guests are welcome! Just send me the names of anyone in your group 48 hours prior to check-in so I can get them added.

The host is great to communicate with. Everything was very clean. The pool is perfect for small children.

My family and I just had a wonderful stay at this residence. The home was extremely clean, with a great layout that fit our family. This centrally located to everything in Orlando and the host has excellent communication and quickly answered any questions I had. I rate this 5 out of 5 and look forward to a future stay here again.

Our first day started out pretty great. Amanda has the kitchen fully stocked of everything you could literally need in a kitchen. Although we didnt use any of it because we went out to eat daily. She is also very responsive. Day 1 we were swimming and noticed leaves all over and flying bugs ( my autistic daughter is very afraid of). That's the reason we booked the screened in pool. A big piece of screen was missing so that ended our pool time for the rest of the stay. As I started a walk through with video, ( i do this everywhere i stay for the host and my protection) I started noticing quite a few things that were in need of repair and the carpets are so dirty that I even took pics of my new socks AFTER they were washed. I have lots of pictures and videos. I do want to say that if you are a light sleeper, you wont really rest well because the walls are paper thin and you can hear people on both sides all of hours the night. Amanda did refund me 208.00 for all of the inconveniences. I think she charges too much for the place to be honest seeing everything we dealt with and the maintenance man literary didnt even knock before entering! That was not okay! Something tore the trash out the day we left so we had to clean it up. Amanda did have the screen fixed but unfortunately that was our last day there. I wish she would've refunded us more seeing we couldn't use the pool and a few other issues we had. But its now ready for the next guests. Enjoy your stay.
