Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee for their first morning and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Looking forward to a warm swim? Pool heat is available at this home for $30 per night. After booking, you’ll find the details in your Guest Portal, where you can review and agree to the pool heat terms and conditions and pay the fee.
If you’d like to add pool heat to your stay, please review the information and make your request before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Requests made after arrival will include an additional $35 activation fee.

Such a cute house with a beautiful view!

This property was absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean. The best part was the proximity to town. We were there for a concert and we were able to walk or Uber easily to and from the rental to our destinations. The host provided everything we could possibly need, well stocked kitchen and good appliances. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the host was very responsive to our questions. We look forward to visiting Saint Augustine again and will certainly stay here! Thanks for the very comfy stay!!

Newer house with everything you need for comfortable stay. Small pool outside is a great addition on the hot summer days. Convenient location, however a bit close to the main road. The construction next door was a great inconvenience. Nothing the owners can do, however advance notice would be nice and was expecting a discount.
