Welcome to The Retreat @ Long Pond. Sit back and relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. Access the pristine waters of the deep, spring fed 100ac. Long Pond across the street. Explore Little Bow Pond out back. With plenty to do, nobody will be left unsatisfied. Some activities are hiking, mountain biking, fishing, private community beach swimming. Bring your paddle board, kayak or canoe to launch across the street. Come and enjoy your stay.
The Post and Beam construction creates an open floor plan with walls of windows to frame the beauty of nature around you. The main floor has an open kitchen with granite tops and island, dining area, living room, small built-in desk, washer/dryer and bathroom. The wrap around deck gives you a sunny place to experience the warmth and sounds of nature first hand.
The central staircase leads upstairs to a master bedroom and second bedroom with shared full shower room.
On the ground floor walk out level is a guest bedroom with closet, utility room and full bath.
This home uses the technologies of geothermal systems to take advantage of the earths natural resources to consistently and efficiently heat and cool the home.
Walk 2 min to the private non motorized boat launch. Walk 6 min (10 with a toddler) to the private community beach.

Wonderful open living space for family gatherings. Host is easy to reach with great communication. Quiet area that was very relaxing. We delighted in watching the birds visiting the bird feeder just outside the kitchen window.

Beautiful, well maintained property that provided a lovely location for our family get together. Secluded enough to give nice privacy, the home was easy driving to Concord and the lakes region. The host was very friendly and great to work with.
