About this villa rental
Apartment of 140 square meters independent, in a prestigious villa, in a residential area, in quiet street with little traffic, composed of large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, LED TV 55 ", 4 bedrooms cabinets, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower loft), kitchen with fireplace and LED TV 50 ", equipped laundry. The living room and the double rooms are air-conditioned.
Large well-kept garden with fruit trees, vegetable garden and aromatic plants available to our guests (the maintenance of the girdino is followed by our gardener).
The house is equipped with everything necessary.
Small above ground pool and garage where you can leave your car and easily reach all the main facilities and shops on foot.
The shops, supermarkets and the bus stop to the center, to Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino are 150 meters from home.
The city center and the seaside promenade with the bathing establishments and characteristic restaurants can be reached in ten minutes on foot.
Just 500 meters away there are tennis courts and an 18-hole golf course.
A pretty covered patio will allow you to have lunch and dinner outdoors.
Upon reservation you can take advantage of a short free course on the preparation of "VERO genovese pesto alla mortaio".
