“Good Vibes” are what we hope you will feel when you arrive at this newly updated condo. This light and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor unit is located just ½ mile from beautiful downtown Prescott’s Courthouse Square, shops and restaurants. This condo features vaulted ceilings and skylights which provide plenty of natural light. There is also a comfortable and spacious living room with a 55” Smart TV and electric fireplace. And there is a separate seating area to read or just relax. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a 55” Smart TV and ensuite with a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, desk and spacious walk-in closet. All bedding and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, high quality cookware and utensils; everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals (except the food, of course). For your comfort the condo is equipped with baseboard heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Direct TV, high-speed WIFI internet, washer, dryer, and more. There are two assigned parking spaces one non-covered and one covered. The condo has access to Granite Creek and you can follow the creek to a park near downtown Prescott.

I felt very welcome. The condo was very clean and in great shape. There was water in the fridge, snacks, and wine. Coffee pod selection was also nice. The condo location, 2-3 blocks from downtown square was awesome, too. The parking situation is something to note. There's one reserved space, and it's a bit of a walk. If you have more than one vehicle, the second one will park a bit further away. I also was surprised by the two sets of stairs between the parking lot and the condo. This was relevant, since we had a fair amount of belongings to carry back and forth during our stay. Nonetheless, the stay was wonderful, the hosts were wonderful, and the condo was warm and welcoming.

Everything was like in the pictures. Nice condo, good amenities really confortable and cozzy. Clean and spacious and it has anything that We needed. Our host Joanne was great. Thank you for the wine, snacks and welcome board. It made us feel special. Martha C

This is the second year we have spent two weeks in this condo. The accommodation is light, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The easy, flat work into town, to the Court House Square, shops and restaurants etc. is a major plus. The whole condo complex is well-maintained and located in an almost park-like area - unusual so close to the city center.
