The Terrace Condominium #1, located at 3100 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach is a beautifully and comfortably furnished, two bedroom, two bath town home condo with heated pool, private garage and three separate lanais. The pool area is beautifully landscaped with native plants and features a pergola and multiple seating areas at poolside.
Unit 1 features a 32” TV in the living room. Both bedrooms have 19" televisions. There is a private stack washer and dryer in the unit and a single car garage is available for your use.
This unit will sleep six with one king size, two twin beds and a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room.
Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants you may not even need a car. Best of all, the beach is about a two minute walk down a side street with no busy roads to cross. The trolley stop is less than a block away in either direction, just grab your flops and hop on to explore all that Anna Maria Island has to offer.
The Terrace Condo is a one week minimum rental.
