If you are looking for a private, romantic location this is it!
Our oceanfront unit is the premier unit in the Mokuleia Beach Colony and is 20 feet from the water. This 900 sq ft home has been in our family for decades and we are now offering it for rent on a limited basis. Once you stay at our Hawaiian Paradise you will want to come back year after year.
The unit is beautifully furnished and includes koa wood walls, enclosed lanai with custom monkey pod wood chairs, rose wood dining table with credenza, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, bedroom with queen-size bed and separate dressing area. Upgrades include a remodeled bathroom, new toilet, new washer and dryer and new refrigerator, new carpet and kitchen flooring.
Mokukeia Beach Colony is a gated waterfront duplex community placed on six beautiful acres. We are located in the southern most unit, on the south edge of the property and located on a dead end path. This leaves this unit very private.
Activities are not at all hard to find. Surfing at the Pipeline and Sunset Beach in the winter to Skydiving at Dillingham Air Field year round. Turtle Bay Hilton is only 30 minutes away and boasts about the numerous spectacular courses. Our favorite activity is sitting in the chairs out front and walking the miles of empty sandy beach.
If you need to stay connected we have hi-speed internet with a router (people at the office will never know you are out front soaking up the sun if you don't tell them).

The unit is located right next to the ocean, had beautiful sunsets just outside the front door. Location was very quiet and private.
House was very organized and well supplied with staples.

This place is truly an “oceanfront-paradise”. If you come to Hawaii to be close to the water, this is it. You can’t get any closer and still be on dry land. The apartment is very private and is located on the edge of the complex so you have no neighbors on the entrance side. The view from the front picture windows is spectacular and the other jalousie windows let you get the full effect of the sea breezes and sounds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a nice selection of spices and condiments that you do not normally find in a vacation rental. There is beach and snorkeling gear as well as plenty of other household stuff to make your stay great. The apartment complex is located in the calm and quiet part of the north shore and to the left and right you have huge nearly deserted beaches. We found the owners to be super nice and concerned that you enjoy your time in their place. They provide complete instructions on how to get to, get in, and operate the apartment. We would highly recommend this “oceanfront-paradise” and hope to return.
