Neat, clean, well kept.

The Ashworth property is great other than the parking garage is tight and there is not a better fitness center. However the cleanliness of our unit was beyond horrible. We were greeted as we walked in by a blood covered used bandaid in the middle of the living room. Most floors were still heavily sand covered. The worst part was that the shower in the master bathroom was completely lined with black mold. Enough that chunks of it were going down the drain as we had to get it off. Then I get a message that someone would like to deliver a couch to the unit if that’s ok ,just call. If not they will simply reschedule. Before I can call two unknown men show up at my condo, where my two daughters and grandkids are, unannounced. When my daughter asks who it is, the guy rudely responds that he doesn’t talk through a closed door. He is lucky that my daughter is nicer than me because if I had heard an unknown man talk to my daughter like that I would have told him to come back another day. We may choose to stay at the property again but at a different unit and with a different company.
