Newly updated, located on the 1st floor, so NO STAIRS! Features a fully-equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, Keurig Coffee Maker, nest temp control, wireless internet & cable. Minutes from the ocean, beaches, lake, restaurants, 8 golf courses. Centrally located to popular destinations, 20 miles to Myrtle Beach, 70 miles to Historic Charleston.
Primary Bedroom has a King size bed with walk in closet, and bathroom attached. The 2nd bedroom has a King and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. TVs in each bedroom. Sleeps 6.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless steel appliances. Laundry has brand new HE washer/dryer.
The living room has plenty of room to gather for games or watch some movies on the large television with cable.
Enter the screened porch from the living room or primary bedroom and relax and take in the South Carolina sunrises with a cup of coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine.
True Blue golf course is world class and definitely a walkable neighborhood. Caledonia is approximately 3 minutes away. Both courses are phenomenal and there are 6 other courses in the area to choose from. The on-site amenities are abundant, with multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ areas, golfing right on site, and beach within 5 min.
We provide sheets, blankets, pillows, extra pillows, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, makeup wipes, kcups, napkins, PT, TP, and much more.
1 pet allowed with an additional $100 pet fee. If you have an additional pet it needs to be approved. Dog must be kept on leash outside and you must pick up after your pet.

The host was great and was quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. The condo was very well equipped with plenty of staples. There were some nice extras provided by our host.

Host was very responsive to communication prior to check-in. Property was good. But had a few issues. Property door touch pad worked inconsistently. Used key (glad they left key). Floor tile loose in kitchen. Frying pans were burned and everything stuck. Cold water in primary bathroom sink was very slow. Asking us to start laundry used before check out was odd. Very happy with king size bedding, living room and pet friendly location.

The condo was very clean and the check in process was seamless. Really enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend to others.
