Magical Condo+Resort! 10 Min to the Kingdom

Beds were comfy, and the place was close to all the attractions we wanted to do.

Michelle was absolutely amazing with communication! There were a couple of questions we had during our stay and she answered within minutes! Check in was flawless! The amenities were top tier! Our kids felt like they were at home!

Loved the aesthetics of the condo. Everything was beautiful; however, the sofa isn't the most comfortable. This was no problem b/c we were rarely in the condo lounging/watching TV. We've stayed in Windsor Hills/Palms condos before I I really liked how they opened up this floorplan with taking the wall down and having the large island. Very nicely done...sets this condo apart from the others in the same complex! The beds were super comfortable. My only complaint was the master bedroom comforter had something black all over the pillow shams and part of the comforter as if it had been tossed on the floor and not washed. Probably not the owners fault, but more whoever is in charge of cleaning. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed it for. One recommendation for kitchen would be to add some ice cube trays or a counter top ice maker. Location to the pool area was superb. It was less than a 5 min walk. Check in/out was simple although the confirmation had different check in/check out times than the VRBO listing mentioned, Michelle was willing to let us check out at the listed time. I enjoyed the quiet patio and the egg chair for morning coffee.There were minor blemishes throughout the condo. I just documented immediately upon our arrival so we wouldn't be blamed for damages we didn't do. They were minor and caused no issues with our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook with Michelle for any future trips to the Kissimmee/Orlando area.
