Overall it is a nice place to stay. Two things I would mention. The ad says there is a hot tub. Couldn't find it. Also, need to upgrade the modem.
WiFi was marginal.

This property rented by Dave and Rebecca is simple yet graceful everything worked perfectly beds were comfortable setting is awesome the Palapa upstairs is perfect you could reach up and touch the stars at night my second time staying with them and I’ll definitely be back

We went to Los Barriles for a fishing tournament. We usually stay at a motel. This was much more clean and all around a better place. Close to the beach, but far enough away to be quiet. Nice pool and great internet.
