We absolutely loved the property! The location was perfect for all the fall activities, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The boutique, coffee shop, and restaurants were excellent, and the family activities were so thoughtfully planned — making it easy to enjoy the beautiful, well-maintained outdoors.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed everything else the property had to offer!

It was amazing, we definitely want to go back. The rental was great, clean and had everyone we needed. It was a great location with the balcony facing the main circle area, so that was fun. Cinnamon Shores is darling. Def would recommend to everyone.

The resort amenities were great and the staff was awesome. The room felt cheap and had minimal decorations. The kitchen utilities were very cheap and lacking- no spatula, only one pan, no coffee filters, no cleaners, etc. We had to wash the only pan three times to complete a simple breakfast meal.The master bedroom door didnt close, and the dishwasher would not cycle. The living room furniture was small, and one leg was broken on one of the chairs. The property mentioned 'first and second floor' descriptions of the rooms, but it was 3rd and 4th floor (elevator/stairs required to get to front door on 3rd floor). The location was convenient to amenities and the A/C worked great. The water pressure was very low and it was difficult to shower.
