About this bed and breakfast
There is no better place to be than Kelowna.
We offer a bedroom but guests get to enjoyed shared outdoor space which includes;
A large heated salt water pool to cool down in on those hot Kelowna summer days, as well as a hot tub to relax in. The house offers a beautiful view of the whole Okanogan Valley and lake. It's the perfect place to kick back, relax and put your feet up.
The Rutlands area is the perfect place to be in Kelowna. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown as well as the airport.
There are numerous wineries and golf courses within a 15 minute drive and it's only a 30 minute drive to those in West Kelowna.
Guests are provided breakfast and coffee.

This is our third time returning to this property, and the owners are friendly, helpful and easy to get ahold of. Most of our time was spent in the backyard, as it’s the reason this is our third stay- the pool/ slide, hot-tub, turf combo is a hit for any family!

The property was in a great location. Easy to access and everything you need nearby. The property has amazing views where we captured many amazing sunsets. The beds were all very comfortable and the backyard and pool were perfect! The walls are quite thin so you can hear the caretaker if you are staying in a bedroom on the lower level. Barry (caretaker) was always very friendly and happy to help if we needed anything. The kitchen is missing a few of the essentials like pepper, condiments, cooking oil, so if you plan on cooking, bring your own. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend to any group looking to book a home that can accommodate 10 people.
