Villa of 140 square meters, on two floors. On the first floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, bathroom, terrace with sea view; ground floor: large living room with stove and kitchen (fridge, electric oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker), 4 double bedrooms (four 80x195 beds and two 160x190 double beds), two bathrooms ( washing machine, 2 toilets), 80 square meter terrace (barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs), panoramic view (per living room, 2 bedrooms and terrace) of the sea, mountains (Bavella) and river. Garden of 1,000 square meters (outdoor shower), private parking for 2 machines. Private swimming pool (12mX3m). Three bathrooms.
Partial air conditioning, only on the upper floor (studio). The ground floor is not air conditioned as it receives the sun in the morning and therefore remains cool.

Lovely location for house, plenty of space and rooms and great views to mountains and sea. Pool superb and large. Shame that the state of the house was a little ‘sad’ & not very ‘loved’ as in 4 broken parasols lying around, broken pool lounger, no wine glasses, etc, several other things broken. Could do with some TLC.
