At the foot of the hill of San Miniato along the Via Francigena, the apartment is ideal for visiting, in addition to our town rich in art and history, even the villages nestled on the hills that surround it until you reach jewels such as Florence, Pisa , Siena and Lucca.
Well connected to the main communication routes and not far from shops and businesses, it is however located in a quiet area.
The accommodation, recently renovated, is located on the ground floor with private entrance.
It overlooks a garden in front of which you can park your car comfortably.
The apartment consists of a large living room with double sofa bed, dining area, kitchen; a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Free wireless connection
At your disposal everything you need to cook, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, iron and washing machine. Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen provided.
The garden is equipped to allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

I have stayed at Cristina’s property a couple of times. I love her property! Very clean and it has all you need for a relaxing stay. Cristina is a great host. The property is located in a great quiet location but accessible to public transportation. Coffee shops and restaurants are also near by. I hope to visit many times more.❤️

wonderful stay., we had a very pleasant stay at Christina's place. very clean, Christina is an amazing host!! She provided us with everything needed for an enjoyable stay, great location, lovely town close to the train station and accessible to Pisa and Florence. We Look forward to visiting and staying at her place again soon! would greatly recomend.

We found the our stay to be very comfortable well located to Pisa, Florence and the many wineries dotting the Tuscan countryside. Many unexpected amenities were included and made our stay even that much more enjoyable. Marco and Cristina were exceptionally easy to communicate with and offered help with any questions we had. The train station is a little over a mile away. You won’t be disappointed.

We spent a week in this apartment - comfortable, excellently equipped in everything you might think of and, what's always the most important to us, impeccably clean. You can see the great care the owner put in every detail to make your stay enjoyable.
