About this house rental
New for 2026: New 65" Smart TV in top-level living room. New furniture in the ground-level bedroom with two bunk beds, including new frames, mattresses, nightstands, and more. A trundle bed will also be added.
Pelican Pointe is a great family vacation spot! Located in Section B of Ocean Sands in Corolla, the neighborhood is smaller and not overdeveloped, so the beach access is not as crowded and you really are on a quiet cul de sac! This seven bedroom and six bath property offers a saltwater pool, making it easier on the skin and eyes with no harsh chlorine treatment. The hot tub is right on the pool deck so everyone can play and relax together! You will use the poolside bar to relax with drinks or cook up some great meals on the grill. The manicured lawn on this half acre lot separates the house from the gated pool area, which is a great place for kids to play!
There are hundreds of square feet of decking and plenty of space around the property for you to really enjoy your time on the decks reading, relaxing or snoozing. We booked 4th of July '25 week for a family reunion and this spot met all the needs of ages 8-80. The short walk to the beach was handy as ppl could come & go (note stairs to cross dune). The salt water pool saw as much enjoyment as the waves. The hot tub was a great delighter. A gem was the highest deck for star gazing. Lots of deck space for each floor. First floor pool table with convenient fridge was helpful. May have been nice to have a couch in pool table area (as teen hangout became top floor kitchen) - but area there tightish. Overall a great place, enjoyed the week with the crew.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we enjoyed the privacy of the backyard. The neighborhood is peaceful and the house is a just steps from the beach. We appreciated the 2 refrigerators and 2 dish washers! Our only problem was a minor one unrelated to the house - the previous tenants left the garbage overflowing outside the bins, so animals got into the bags and made a mess. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend this house!
