This is a modern and SPACIOUS getaway. With all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home while you explore the magic of Disney World or your adventure at Universal Studios.

King bed in the Master bedroom so you can charge your batteries and a queen bed + single bunk beds in the spare room for your 4 guests to play or sleep. 2 screened in balconies.

A beautifully presented and renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath caepet free condominium arranged on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Quietly positioned apartment block within the popular resort of Caribe Cove. With fabulous amenities such as:
- A lakeside heated pool
- Hot tub
- Fitness Centre
- Coal BBQ'S
- Club house
- Sauna
- Pool table and Foosball table
- Security on premises
Well equipped with modern appliances and equipment such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV's, playpen for infant, high chair, games for those rainy days and more.
Spacious family apartment only a minute walk away from the community pool and all the other amenities offered at Caribe Cove
Our fully air-conditioned condominium consists of:
- Sleeps up to 6 adults/children
- Master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony with flat screen smart TV
- Private screened in balcony right off the master bedroom
- Bedroom with queen bed and single bunk beds and smart TV
- Large family room with 75" Smart TV and access to main balcony where you have patio table, chairs outdoor couch and TV
- Large screened in balcony off the family room, perfect for those morning coffees or a late night hang out spot to watch tv on the TV outside
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Breakfast bar with bar stools
- Smart TV's with cable
- Free high speed wifi access
- Laundry room with iron and ironing board
- All linen, towels, and hairdryer supplied
- Safe to secure your valuables
- Carpet free
- Self catering vacation rental
-A few samples to begin your stay complimentary so you do not need to run to the store the first night, otherwise self serve.
All public spaces within Caribe Cove are accessible for guests. Including club house, pool area, and picnic areas.
Publix, Walmart, and Target are within 5 minute distance
Starbucks roght at the corner, closer than Publix
Emergency services available minutes down the road
Fast food restaurants as well as sit down restaurants are available on the main highway of 192
5 miles to Disney World
18 miles to Universal Studios and Island of Adventure
Max of 6 adults/children allowed due to fire code. Additional guests will not be allowed. The Ring at the front door will be monitored and anyone breaking this rule will be removed with no refund
No pets allowed. Only owners are allowed pets at Caribe Cove. Any guests caught breaking this By-law will be fined by Caribe Cove. The booking will be cancelled immediately with no refund and you will incur an additioned deep cleaning fee.
*Only service dogs permitted. Proof of registration and up to date vaccines have to be provided*
*Emotional pet does not qualify under service pets as per By-law*
No BBQ's on balconies permitted due to fire hazard. Charcoal BBQ's provided near the club house outside or between building 4 and 5 at the rear of the complex
Any damages need to be reported immediately. The condo is inspected after each checkout and anything broken or missing will be reported to VRBO. You will get charged for the item/s plus any additional costs incurred to replace them.
If at any time you break any rules especially safety or by laws you will have your booking cancelled with no refund.
Please note: Elevators- we are not responsible for inoperative, malfunctioning or faulty elevators. This is out of our control however there are 2 staircases for access.

Amazing condo and close to the parks! There was never anyone at the pool, and my daughter loved it and the hot tub. The themed rooms were amazing! We've stayed at the Disney hotels before and this was so much better - spacious and quiet, and still decorated to get my kiddo excited for the parks! The owners are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Very clean, comfortable and fun condo with the themed rooms! Pool area is very nice and relaxing and plenty of restaurants close by. We were traveling for baseball and were located near the ball field, which made it very convenient. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone needing a two bedroom condo.
