Pelham Palace near Oak Mountain Park

Very nice place. Super clean. Host was very accommodating allowing us to come in a couple hours early so we could drop our stuff prior to our son’s baseball games. Would definitely recommend.

We needed some TV instructions or batteries for the remote in the living room. Other than that- it was clean, close to the places we needed to go and in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Cute little townhome close to Oak Mtn. The place needs a few fixes, but nothing major. It fit our needs perfectly!!

Check in was very easy and the location was good. Didn’t ever have the need to communicate with the property manager, and though it was on the listing we didn’t realize it was a townhouse. The house is in bad need of a deep clean. It seems like just about every wall need a magic eraser taken to it in addition to the carpet being cleaned. The floor in the second bathroom is peeling up and the shower does not drain properly. Just general kinda gross, photos attached.
