About this villa rental
Cristiano Villa is a magnificent single-storey residence with a private swimming pool, ideal for family holidays or time with friends, with complete privacy and comfort.
Upon entering, we find a spacious and bright living and dining room in open space, perfect for moments of socialising and relaxation.
The house has five bedrooms, designed to provide rest and comfort. In one area of the house there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another en-suite with two single beds, served by a shared bathroom. In the other area there are three bedrooms, two with double beds, one of which is en-suite, and one with two single beds, with an additional shared bathroom.
It still has two fully equipped kitchens, ideal for preparing meals with complete practicality and comfort during your stay.
On the outside, you can enjoy a well-maintained garden, a sun lounger area and a private pool perfect for leisure moments. The barbecue area and outdoor table make every outdoor meal even more special.
Located near the beaches, restaurants, bars and vibrant nightlife of Albufeira, in the quiet area of Branqueira.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 10.
From the 11th to the 12th guest an additional charge will be made which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

Fantastic week with family of 12 mixture of kids and adults, Villa is huge and great with having 2 kitchens and living rooms the space you have inside is fantastic as is the outdoor area and privacy. Few local bars 5 mins walk away with Aldi approx 15-20 walk or a quick and cheap uber away.

I stayed at this villa for my hen do and can’t rate it highly enough! A stunning villa with a lovely clean interior and amazing outdoor pool area! Very spacious villa with plenty of facilities to suit the amount of guests it sleeps! Amazing location, quiet and out of the way for us to not worry about making a lot of noise but only a few minute taxi journey to all amenities and both the strip and old town! Very good and easy communication throughout booking and during our stay with fast responses and an amazing set up for when we arrived! Lovely and clean with garden maintenance visiting during our stay to keep the pool and garden area clean and fresh! Absolutely loved it! Would love to have stayed longer and would 100% recommend to anyone!

Overall, we are satisfied. Very nice outdoor area, quiet location. The accommodation very clean. WiFi is very good. Everyone was very friendly.

This is a great villa for large groups, we had a few questions at the start of the holiday and the hosts couldn’t have responded more quickly, they were great. The pool is a good size for children and adults and plenty of space inside.
My only feedback would be that the villa could be improved with some new facilities and bedding etc but everything worked and served a purpose and was also reflected in the price we paid.
