Enjoy the peaceful tranquility of lake life in this charming 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath house located right on the lake. Only 250 Yards from the main lake. This lake front property offers spectacular views, a gentle sloping manicured lot for easy access to the water for swimming and water sports. We also have a shared boat dock with a swim ladder. Features of the home include a beautiful all seasons room facing the lake, 55 inch TV with surround sound in the living room, and flat screen TV's in the bed rooms. Also included is cable TV, high speed wireless internet, linens, towels, washer/dryer, central H/A. Outside there is Traeger pellet smoker grill!. The new 1200 st ft deck faces the lake with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the views. The many windows across the back of this house frame the beautiful views no matter what the season. 4th Bedroom is furnished with 3 twin over full bunk beds, flat screen TV and NES Classic video game comptroller. The house will accommodate 4 adults and up to 6 children comfortably or up to 8 adults with no children. The house is 2 miles from Prizer Point Marina/restaurant. The Rock Castle public boat access is just across the cove. Enjoy lake living at in the amazingly cozy lake front home.

A nice property, beautiful view, easy access to the lake, kitchen had everything we needed. Hangers in closets would have been nice. Not aware until check in that kids could not use WiFi for gaming, that was disappointing. But overall a really nice vacation for family. The big round table was great for meals and just catching up! Would recommend this property!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this lakefront property—truly a vacation we’ll never forget. The memories we made here will stick with us and our kids forever. It was the perfect setting to bring everyone closer together, with a peaceful lakefront view that made every moment feel special.I’ll admit, the owner’s initial tone and strict rules made me a little nervous about what to expect when we arrived. But once we settled in, it became clear that the high standards are simply a reflection of how much pride and care he puts into maintaining such a beautiful home. We took great care of the property and had no issues at all.The location couldn’t have been more ideal. Our elderly parents were able to comfortably sit on the deck and watch the kids swimming in the lake just below—a priceless gift. We rented a pontoon boat from Prizer Point just minutes away and got jet skis from Barkley Watersports for even more lake fun. The Fishing Hole restaurant down the road had the best breakfast—don’t miss it!The house itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we loved cooking meals out on the deck while enjoying both sunshine and peaceful rain showers. The sunsets over the lake were nothing short of breathtaking. The provided kayaks were awesome addition!Highly recommend this property for families looking to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.

We had the best time!!! Our 2nd stay at the paddle house!!! The host is amazing and communication is awesome. We had some rain during our stay but with the covered dock didn’t stop us from fishing and enjoying the view, not to mention the beautiful home with a enough room for all the silly games we brought to play with the kids. Definitely hope this home is available to us next year it is perfect!!!!

We've been spending our Thanksgiving Holiday with friends in the Cadiz area for over 10 years. We have finally found a place that we will seek out to use again next year.The home was clean, well stocked, and delightful for our group.
