Located just off of MLK Jr Blvd in beautiful Covington, you're in the perfect spot for easy and quick access to everything that Covington has to offer, and it's just a few minutes away from downtown Cincinnati! Enjoy a private patio off the primary bedroom for a little time outdoors! With so many options right at your fingertips, plus a sweet space to just relax, we know you will love your time at this beautiful getaway!
The Space:
With 4 comfy beds in 3 bedrooms, this apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests! Enjoy a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials for everyday cooking, as well as 2.5 bathrooms supplied with soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. You will also find a washer and dryer on the premisses for your use.
Guest Access:
Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire condo. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
The Neighborhood:
Located just off Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard, walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants. The popular Mainstrasse with shops, bars, and more is only a few blocks away. The Historic Linden Grove Cemetery & Arboretum is right around the corner!
Getting Around:
Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington.
Other Things to Note:
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city.
Interaction with Guests:
We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed.
We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.
Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.

Our family came from Illinois, Indiana and Virginia for the weekend. The unit had plenty of space for thethree couples. The beds were comfortable everything was very clean. Love the big dining table for meals and playing games. We would definitely stay here again.

I don't normally leave a big review but I must on this one. If you book here, do not let the neighborhood deter you. The neighborhood is a little run down, but all the neighbors we met/seen were all super nice! This house was very clean, needs a little TLC, but what doesn't. I was a last minute book as the place i had booked canceled on me day before check in. The owner let me book last minute. When we arrived the fridge was not working. I contacted Jeremiah and he replied quickly. It wasn't until the next morning he could get it fix. This was July 4th, so understandable, but first thing Friday morning, he had someone there to fix it and was in constant communication with me and was always super nice! There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs. The entire place was really clean!! There is a nice patio outside if you are an outside person. Would I stay here again, it was a little further than what I needed, but yes, I would absolutely book here again! My only negative is, a hand rail on the front steps would be nice. This property will not disappoint you!!
