The owner is very kind. You can tell he wants to please his clients. The house is very well located and the rooms in the house are very cozy for three people.

Pros:
Close proximity to downtown Kingston was nice, and the property is roomy and has free parking in the back, which is also a plus. Hosts were quick to respond to messages.
Cons:
We stayed on the main floor and it was very loud from the guests upstairs, especially early in the morning. Also, the listing says it has air conditioning but in fact, there is no central air and it got very hot during the day. Lastly, the internet kept dropping signal throughout our stay.
Overall, a decent spot for the price. A bit off-putting that there is a document on the coffee table requesting a 5 star review.
