La Costa Beachside Motel

It was very clean and tidy. The room is big enough and it is a great place to freshen up if you are traveling or have a stop Over

Nothing

Cosy, clean & comfortable

Close to the airport and the beach. The complimentary breakfast basket was a very welcome addition. The rooms was comfortable and clean. Check in via a lock box and code was very easy.

With a queen and single bed it was very cosy. The bathroom was also on the small side. No offstreet parking which was OK if you are just there overnight and then moving on but if you are staying longer and want to spend time at the beach without moving your car it could be an issue.

The location was beautiful and close to the highway for easy access for sightseeing, and walking along the beach, however if youre not used to a lot of noise the planes can be overwhelming especially well into the night.

The room wasnt really clean, the smell and the shower head of the bathroom made me feel a little uneasy especially paying what we did for a week's stay. My son had gotten very unwell and was vomiting and we only had one spare blanket, when we called to get more were advised that noone was on-site so if we had no blankets to turn the heater up. With a very sick child and in the extreme circumstances being on my own with him it would have been good to have the extra bedding. Having one extra blanket when they are already so thin just wasn't forethought.
