About this house rental
Canyelles Beach Vila Lloret de Mar is set in Lloret de Mar, 6 km from Water World, and offer a terrace, garden, and free WiFi. Leading onto a balcony, this air-conditioned villa and it comes with 5 separate bedrooms. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is featured. The villa offers an outdoor pool. Barbecue and pizza facilities are included. FREE WIFI
The Space:
The villa consists of an entrance with private car parking for about 4 cars.
On the ground floor you’ll find the large living room with sofa and TV. Separate dining area, the kitchen and one bathroom. Direct access to the courtyard where you can enjoy the swimming pool. Exterior dining table and separate exterior lounge area to enjoy the warm summer evenings. Barbecue facilities and Special Pizza Oven are set in the corner of the courtyard.
On the second floor you can find 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
1. room with double bed with direct access to the terrace and with AC
2. room with double bed and view to the mountains
3. room with double bed and view to the entrance
4. room with 2 individual beds and direct access to the terrace
5. room with 4 individual beds and access to the second terrace.
All the bedrooms are equipped with storing space and wardrobes.

CITY TAX NOT INCLUDED:
Since 2012, local Catalan administrations orders that every tourist aged 16 and over are required to pay a small fee to stay in a hotel or rent an apartment in any area of Catalonia. This tax only applies to the first 7 nights of the stay.
Tax is € 1 per person, per night for houses in Lloret de Mar.
The hosts are responsible for collecting this payment upon arrival, so please make sure to have this money prepared for your check in.
IDs and PASSPORTS are OBLIGATORY:
National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalonian Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

The villa was looking clean. Many reviews told us that there was only one airco, but luckily there where two of them. Every room has it’s own portable ventilator which also is very nice. The pool was getting a bit dirty at the end, but somebody came to the house to fix that problem. Overall a nice place to stay!!

We met at this location with 3 families for a week at the beach. Host was unavailable so she sent friend who only spoke Spanish (we do not) so unable to get information about the property. We found the property very poorly cleaned, dishwasher broken, dirty appliances, and AC unit downstairs ineffectual. I immediately communicated this to host but was not given any compensation or mitigation in response. Communication was patchy - asked where trash goes in Tues and didn’t hear back until Fri. We had to buy trash bags, toilet paper, beach towels, and dishwashing liquid for the house.
There is only one A/C unit in a bedroom that was fantastic but did not cool any other rooms. So one couple was comfortable and the rest were warm. Only one mobile fan was provided. In fact, one family left early because they were so uncomfortable. Only one towel per person was provided - they were cheap and small in general. The pool and outdoor area was lovely. The location is very close to the beach if you’re ok with a hike down/up a narrow road. It’s a busy beach so not having to drive is great. Groceries are within 5-10 min drive. Overall, we were most displeased with the state of the interior, amenities, and host’s disinterest in accommodating our requests. We were quite happy with location and pool area.
