About this villa rental
Rebuild old stone dalmatian house into modern spacious facility with all amenities required for private, active holidays. Modern interior design, featuring: fast internet line with WiFi, cable TV, DVD player, working computer with Linux Fedora OS. Modern kitchen with all necessary equipment, modern bathroom with washing machine, 2 spacious bedrooms with double bed (1.80x2m and 2 x 1.60x2m), large living room with garden openings, dinning room. There is a large terrace with beautiful view to the beach and port. The local village beach, with the beach bar, are in the front of the house, where private parking place for 1 car is available. Garden featuring Mediterranean plants with olive, lemon and orange trees has swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5). There is an outside shower with 6 deck chairs, handmade barbecue place and large courtyard (covered with sandstone) for dinning and activities. From the outside world, garden is separated with stone wall and with the plant's created natural wall. The whole Villa Luna area is separated with high walls, giving to its guests the privacy they need.
In the courtyard, there is a dinning table for 6 people, plus sofas for relaxing. This part of the garden is protected from the sun with reed giving the best shade during the strong sun periods.

We are a family with 3 kids (9,2, 4 m). The property was very nice in a very small village. The house was spotless clean and it had everything it needed. Sinisa was available at all times for any questions
The market next to the house had everything it needed and the beach bar in front of the house was great for a quick drink.
Few things to know:
Beach bar works until midnight or even later
Bring a spray for mosquitos
Beach in front of the house is nice but I’m sure there are better at the island as Sinisa advised
Overall a definite recommendation for this property.

The location right on the sea with the sandy beach and the small beach bar is fantastic.
The house is very spacious, with a beautiful kitchen, a small office and otherwise nicely decorated. The whole stay of 11 days we really enjoyed and felt very comfortable. Just the place to relax.

We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed for a wonderful week in the villa, and it's been perfect. The house, garden & pool was everything we were hoping them to be: spacious rooms, plenty of relaxation corners, enough sun and shade. The beach is about 10 m from the front door which was too good to be true. It is a small and charming beach, though there are much prettier beaches a short drive up the island. There is a small bar at the beach, if you want to get a drink, and a supermarket 20 m further.
The only (small) snag is that reaching the mainland by ferry is a bit of a drag. The travel to Zadar is about 20 minutes, but boarding with a car is time consuming, and there is a limited schedule. But we had such a good time on the island we never wanted to leave.
Sinisa and Zana are charming and friendly hosts.
