With its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the gîte is ideal for getting together with family or friends. The owners will be delighted to welcome you to their house, which has been lovingly restored using local materials. You'll be seduced by the wooden furniture, meticulous decoration, spaciousness and comfort. Overlooking the village, the gîte offers an unobstructed view, ideal for contemplating magnificent sunsets. First floor: spacious living room with wood-burning stove opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 large family bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 further separate WC and a laundry room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, shower and WC and another separate WC. The 3 bedrooms are: 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and en-suite shower room; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. You'll enjoy an enclosed garden with its own terrace, complete with furniture, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue. A ping pong table and a molkky game are also available. Private parking in front of the gîte entrance.
