Unbelievable views from this top floor unit at Shalimar!! Peaceful and quiet away from it all on the balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean in North Myrtle Beach. Comfortable patio furniture perfect for a relaxing vacation. Three Bedroom, 2 full baths, large balcony, living room, kitchen, dining area and washer/dryer in the unit.
Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and the person making the reservation must stay the entire stay. Absolutely No house parties. No smoking, No pets, no motorcycles, No golf carts. . HOA RULES APPLY TO ALL GUESTS.
Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued.

Main Bedroom - 1 King Bed with full bath and sliding glass door to oceanfront balcony
Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom #3 - 2 Twin Beds
Enjoy the ocean view with sliding glass doors from the kitchen and living room to the oceanfront balcony. The third bedroom has a view of the town and marsh. High speed wireless internet.
Fully Equipped Kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, stack Washer/Dryer

NON-Smoking NO Pets NO Motorcycles, golf carts or trailers.

The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

The view is amazing! The condo was very clean but the lack of simple rhings like salt and pepper. Or a Keirug, beach supplies..etc. In my opinion you can tell the difference between a realty rental and a personal condo. Go with personal.

This condo could not have been nicer!!! Roomy for my family of 6. Beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. Beach access directly from the pool area. Beautiful beach that was never crowded. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Clean!!! Would stay here again!!!

We had a great time. Loved the location. Easy walkable area to the grocery store and food. The condo was as listed, very clean. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again
