About this house rental
Summary:
Cool Air Cottage duplex offers ample off street parking for each rental unit. Walk up the stairs to the screened porch and ocean view and enter the living area with plenty of family seating. Enjoy the large flat screen TV with cable TV service. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals and eat at the picnic table style dining table or the at the breakfast bar. Hardwood floors throughout the cottage and ceiling fans and TV's in each room. Three bedrooms have their own individual window a/c units as well as a unit in the kitchen with ac and heat options. Bedroom #1 offers one double bed, bedroom #2 offers two double beds and an ocean view and bedroom #3 offers one double bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo unit in the hallway. Wifi internet service available. Outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Pets are not allowed and unit is NON - SMOKING. Walk out onto the beach and see Garden City in the distance to your right and Bird Island in the distance to your left. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
The Space:
Ocean front duplex with an incredible nostalgic feel! Each floor has a screened in porch facing the beach with rocking chairs. Enjoy the large beachfront yard, perfect for your family to play corn hole and other outdoor family games. A short walk over the path in the dunes and you are in a beautiful spot to look right and see Garden City and left to see Bird Island.
Rent one floor, or the entire house for your family stay. Entire house sleeps 16 total with an additional unit upstairs with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense.
Guest Access:
Guests will need to come to the office to pick up the key to the property and parking permits for the property.

Windy Hill is located at the southernmost end of North Myrtle Beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Ask the host for recommendations in this area! Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi .

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

The place was nice. Except. I wish I had known I had to go to Cherry Grove Beach on a Saturday afternoon in June. I would have made plans differently. The lamps in the living area did not work and over head lights were awful.

We were here for a baseball tournament with our family. It was a very cute, no-frills, beach-front home. It worked fine for our children as the youngest is now 4 but it would not be good for very young children. The pictures do not show that all the plates and bowls are on open shelves, easily accessible to little hands. There is also no cabinet space for dry food. Read the listing carefully. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer. I gave it 4 stars because we really had a nice time and it is a cute place with great access to the beach.

Park right on site. Easy load in. Close to beach. Nice screened in porch for enjoying morning coffee or thunderstorms with cocktails. We loved it. You can't see the beach because of a small dune that gets in the way, but that didn't bother us because the beach was so close. Beds were sturdy and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great week. 👍

Property is an older condo. Kitchen needs to be updated. Needs storage for food. Don’t need 20 coffee cups and plates. Place sleeps 8 so then have a max of 10. No dishwasher and no laundry on site. We had 5 adults and one child age 3 staying in this condo. Loved that we were able to enjoy our very short walk to the beach and sitting in a screened in porch.
