Only 1 building from the ocean, this End Unit three living levels offers wonderful ocean views from the upper 2 levels! Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.
Ground Level: Bedroom #1 with Queen & Twin Bunk Set, patio access to the beach, 32" Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #2 with King & a 32" Flat Screen TV, Full Bath shared. Small Storage Area with refrigerator.
Level One: Living with 42" Flat Screen TV, has oceanview deck. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar with French Door Refrigerator, quartz counter-tops, icemaker, dishwasher & microwave. 1/2 Bath located off the Living Area.
Level Two: Bedroom #3 with King bed, 32" Flat Screen TV & open oceanview deck. Bedroom #4 with King with 32" Flat Screen TV. Full bath (shared).
Amenities: High Speed Wireless Internet Access, 5 Flat Screen TVs, DVD Player. Gas and Charcoal Grills on ground level patio. Central HVAC. 2 Refrigerators. Washer/Dryer. Beach Chairs.
The Sound of the Sea Community offers on-site amenities sure to make your vacation fun and relaxing while the location provides easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores, water park, mini golf, and unique shops!
Community Amenities: Gated Community, Two Outdoor Pools, Pool House, Community Outdoor Showers, Outdoor Grill Area, Tennis Facilities, Community Private Walkway to the Beach, Building Elevators, Non-Smoking Community. Bluewater cannot guarantee Complex/Community Amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.
PARKING INFORMATION
Each reservation will receive:
• 2 Gate Cards - The gate cards can be used for both vehicular entry and pedestrian gate. Lost Gate Card Fee: $75.
• 2 Parking Passes - parking for 1 car at unit, 1 in general parking. 2 cars max - Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking. Lost Parking Pass Fee: $50.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING - this is a non-smoking community.
NO PETS.
Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
