Tucked in on the beach road, this beautiful 6-bedroom /6 full bath cottage was thoughtfully curated to provide a unique stay for guests. A clean, classic design focuses on seascape views, rooms with natural light, private ensuite baths, and custom wood trims. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable, accessorized with local art pieces and regional books.
The Sandbar is a new addition to an established neighborhood. The outside spaces are private and inviting. Enjoy an enclosed backyard with saltwater pool, hot tub and grill area or watch the waves and pelicans from the east facing covered decks.
Saving the best for last, the 4th floor, panoramic rooftop deck is truly special. An elevator allows access for everyone to enjoy the best views. Furnished for 12 guests to gather, have your coffee here at sunrise, relax throughout the day and finish your evenings with a private stargazing party. This unique observation spot has an amazing uptown view of downtown Kitty Hawk.

We made a last minute decision to come down to the OBX for a vacation. We found the Sandbar on Beach Realty and knew it would be a great house. The house was perfectly clean, Beds made with towels in every room. It was such a great set-up. The house was very comfortable for the 10 of us. Kitchen was set up with great small kitchen devices, Plenty of plates, silverware etc. Favorite parts of the house was the deck off the kitchen for all meals, the roof top out look for taking pictures and getting away from everyone else. THe house looks just like the pictures. No Surprises at all. Go to arts place for breakfast and have a bloody.

Brand new home that was equipped with everything! Nicely decorated, comfortable space for 6 adults and 4 kids. The pool was perfect and a very short walk to the beach. View of the ocean was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this lovely beach home!
