About this apartment rental

Summary:
The Sanctuary (LND 47-3) is one of our most extravagant rentals.
If you are looking for luxury and great amenities, then this 1800+ sq ft executive condo is what you want. Three bedrooms with FOUR bathrooms and only a small number of steps to access means you will LOVE it!

Specifics include granite counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, and a 32 x 9 ft rear deck with shade and breeze. The bedrooms are very spacious, and two have en suite bathrooms and french door access to the back deck. 

The living area has two French doors to access the deck. Lots of windows provide a beautiful view, even from the inside. A TV is in the living area and in every bedroom.

Two of the bedrooms have cushioned window seats (cushions not shown in pictures) that could be used as places to sleep for kids under age 12 or so. Twin sheets are provided in the condo for this purpose.

This is a Pet-Friendly condo! Be sure to let us know if you are bringing a pet. An additional $25/night and refundable deposit of $150 will be charged at the time of check-in.

This listing is for an entire condominium in a building with five other condos. Private outside entrance. This condo is on the same level as the parking lot with six stair steps to the front door. One designated parking spot in front of the building; additional vehicles use unmarked spots in same lot.

The Neighborhood:
Indian Point is approximately 7 miles from the Branson Strip and is the home of Silver Dollar City, 3 marinas, 1 Corps of Engineers campground, a zipline and many other activities.  It is far enough away from Branson that you can enjoy the tranquility of the Ozark mountains but still be close enough to enjoy the shows and restaurants and other activities in Branson.

Getting Around:
IF YOU ARE USING YOUR GPS: Please make sure it says Songbird CIRCLE. If it does not say CIRCLE, you may end up somewhere else. If there is a choice that says Reeds Spring, MO instead of Branson, MO -- that is OK to use.

DIRECTIONS FROM HARRISON, ARKANSAS and points south: Come North on US-65 to Branson. Exit at MO-76 West (formerly MO-465), the Ozark Mountain High Road; turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Take MO-76 West until the freeway ends, about 8 miles. Turn left at the light to continue West on MO-76. Follow signs for Silver Dollar City/Indian Point Road. Turn left onto Indian Point Road. Stay in the left lane; follow signs for Indian Point. Turn right onto Crow’s Nest Trail. Turn right onto Songbird Circle.

    Lots of space great location pretty scenery off back deck. Clean comfortable beds lots of towels etc. kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. We will definitely stay here again.

    Unit was lovely and made for a great stay. We really enjoyed the porch. Be warned that parking is both extremely limited and very tight (small spaces and little room to back up). We were sad to find out the pool was down two sharp flights of steps with no elevator access. It looked nice from the window in the clubhouse but no elevator meant our family with mobility issues couldnt use it.

    Very nice property and well appointed. Clean and everything working. Nice location near Silver Dollar City and a quiet area. Enjoyed the indoor pool (was a bit cool). Easy drive into Branson to see various shows. Management very responsive to answering questions and resolving issues. Overall I would recommend staying here again.
