Links Bay is a lovely modern house that will appeal to holiday makers and golfers alike. In fact you can see the Cinque Ports golf course from the bedroom window, and the championship courses of Royal St George and Princes are a short distance. Holiday makers will love the location being less than 100 yards from the beach, and you can bring the family dog too for wonderful walks along the promenade. This delightful house offers all you need for a comfortable and easy stay in Deal. It has a sociable open plan ground floor, and upstairs are two bedrooms and bathroom. The sunny enclosed garden is great for relaxing after a busy day on the beach or golf course, and there is free parking right outside the house. Links Bay is located just yards from the beach and the centre of Deal is accessed via a lovely, seafront walk along the attractive promenade. Deal is a pretty Georgian town with artisan food shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. In the other direction is the historic town of Sandwich, rich in history as well as being famous for its golf courses.

Despite hellish weather - terribly strong winds - we had a lovely warm and comfortable stay at Links Bay. Really nice, compact house. We cooked Christmas lunch for family and it was a lovely touch to have a Christmas Tree there to meet us. Also a lovely tray of welcome goodies.
Very impressed and would stay again.

The house is generally in good order and not a bad location. It is a little bit of a walk to the nearest amenities but that suited as we had the dog with us who enjoyed the walk along the Promenade. We enjoyed our few days away in Deal.
