We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for us. Great location. Our host was always a text away. My boys were 27 to 21 and enjoyed the outside games and the game room. Everything we needed for the perfect Xmas vacation!

Pre-stay communication with owner was exceptional. The listing is accurate in stating that the cabin is new, and sadly we found a few items that didn’t make the punch list. Overall, a really great space, nice sized rooms, deck and kitchen layouts were awesome. Here’s where it went downhill: we saw 8 roaches, and the AC went out (yes we followed the video instructions the owner provided, to avail. The fans would come on but the outside units wouldn’t turn on, thus no cooling. There’s an architect and real estate investor in our party - so, knowledgeable about how this should work.) The TVs have no streaming options, just DirecTV - that may be inconvenient to some. We reached out to the owner for help with the AC, and made friendly mention of the pest issue - no response. Unfortunately, the last 2 days were uncomfortable.
