The room is small and the place is worn, though maintained and clean. Not very romantic. Location is great and the price was right.

This room is marketed as "romantic". It is not. It is a basic, standard room with views of close buildings next door. Lobby is dated with old carpet. Coffee set up at entry is thrown together and messy. The furniture in the room is newish, but very standard issue. There is no parking and street parking is extremely limited (to be expected for the area). "Check in" was easy with a code for front door and room door emailed day of. Main upside is that it is a one block walk to the beach. Despite the great location, I found the price point high for the condition of the property.
