They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.

very easy parking available and the place looked very nice with a nice view.

The room and location was good, the view was amazing!
The carpets could use a steam cleaning and we wished there was a kettle in the room for tea and coffee. A few extra garbage and recycle bags would have been helpful too.
My confirmation email got lost in my junk folder so I did have to dig for our check in info and address so I did have to follow up and I would have preferred getting the address sooner than later personally.
The property was in a great location and the price point was good.
