About this villa rental
We invite you to spend your holidays in an architect's villa (300 m2) with refined decoration offering all the desired comfort in an idyllic setting facing the golf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands.
The house is located on a private estate.
Its land of 3000 m2 is fully fenced and closed by an electric gate, thus ensuring the tranquility of the place.

The villa is ideally located between the seaside resort of Porticcio, offering many shops and activities, and the almost Isle of Isolella and its Genoese tower, a dream corner for nature lovers and the beautiful and vast sandy beaches. end.
The house is open to the outside. Indeed, the ground floor bedrooms as well as the living room overlook terraces directly accessing the garden.
In addition, each bedroom has its own bathroom and television, allowing everyone to enjoy pleasant moments of intimacy. Out of five bedrooms in total, four have a sea view, the last one has a terrace on the garden offering a view on the maquis side.
The only upstairs bedroom, the master suite of 30 m2, with dressing room and bathroom (bath and shower), also offers a beautiful terrace with panoramic sea views.
Fully air-conditioned, the interior also allows you to rest cool and share moments of conviviality in a large living room (60 m2) offering all the necessary comfort (150 cm flat screen tv, large corner sofa,) and also opening onto a large covered terrace (20 m2).
To cook good meals, you will have 2 kitchens in the villa: -A spacious kitchen - dining room fully equipped, with its own covered terrace to enjoy the outdoors from breakfast.

The house was spacious and well equipped, the pool was perfect for all ages and the views superb. Proximity to great beaches and restaurants another plus. A memorable holiday - will be back for more.

We were two families who spent a wonderful week in this beautiful villa. We have rented houses in Corsica many times before, but this was the best house so far.
The view was great, nice pool, lots of space inside the house, air condition in all the beautiful bedrooms. Short drive or 15 min. walk to the beach. Big, well-kept garden, with barbecue and ping-pong.
The hosts were very nice and forthcoming.
The wi-fi was the only thing that didn't work very well, but we managed.
We can strongly recommend this property for a vacation rental.
