About this farm stay rental
In the heart of the Southern Ardèche, located in the middle of the Vines, this family and comfortable house of 250 m2, awaits you. Tastefully restored, this former silkworm farm will charm you with its panoramic view of Mont Ventoux and its south-facing swimming pool that combines with the view. The back of the house consists of a studio rented by the year with a completely independent access generating no nuisance, nor any opposite.
The house is presented on 3 levels. On the ground floor, pass the gate and enter a partially shaded interior courtyard serving as a parking lot. Under the porch of the house, a large covered and fully equipped laundry room (washing machine, dryer, large clothes horse) will be at your disposal.
On the 1st floor, you expect a 100 m2 terrace partly shaded by a pergola with a dominant view of Mont Ventoux. You will find a barbecue and a large family table under an acacia tree to share your meals with friends or family with a direct view of the Ardèche landscape. Go ahead and admire the south-facing swimming pool, which combines with the view, which is accessed directly from the terrace. This 12m x 6m pool offers a relaxation area with its sunbathing areas which will invite you to laze ... It is also secured by a small gate and an alarm system. Always on the same level, enter the house through the terrace and discover a large living room. Within it there is a living room with sofa / TV (Canal plus) and a dining room. An equipped kitchen is at your disposal (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) overlooking a large dining area with direct access to the terrace. Finally, a parental suite with a double bed (120x140) with its bathroom with shower / bathtub and WC will charm you. At the same level separate WC.
On the 2nd floor, you will find a large air-conditioned relaxation room with a TV / sofa corner, a library, a billiard table and an extra bed for 1 person.
So you can enjoy a relaxing moment overlooking the terrace.
Distributed on this level, 3 attic rooms of about 20 m2 each equipped with double bed (120x140) and a bathroom with shower / bathtub and WC.
Everything comes together to combine rest and sightseeing.
In order to free you from all constraints, bed, bath and pool sheets are included in the rental.
The house must be found in the same condition as when you arrived: Cleaned, tidy, emptied dishwasher and empty bins.
