About this villa rental
The villa consists of 1 master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, balcony and gardens. There are 2 small sofa beds, sleeping one person in each, in case you would like to use them.
It is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and WiFi. You do not have to bring anything, only your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the villa such as towels, dinnerware, kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. Bathrooms include basic toiletries and have hot water. The villa includes one parking space and is close to the Golf Club House where you can walk and take the shuttle that brings you to the hotel. A golf cart can be provided to enjoy the stay.

Luis was incredibly welcoming and a fantastic host! I had a wonderful stay on his property, and being able to use the golf cart to get to the resort for my convention was an added bonus. It was a beautiful stay in paradise!

5A Villa in the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort was nice overall. A few concerns…
we felt the constant (21 total) texts (when we’d arrive, WiFi codes, how we might ever get pool access and when we’d depart) was a near constant imposition into our vacation. The villa is nice enough but the initial, overwhelming smell of cone-shaped air fresheners (6 in 1000 square feet!) was a real turn-off. After closing each air freshener we didn’t resolve the mothball smell until morning. The location and surroundings are nice, though required driving to the pool, restaurants or the beach.
