The new, comfortable vacation home on “Harkebrügger See” invites you to relax and unwind. It’s perfectly equipped for families with children. During the summer months, you can swim in the lake’s crystal-clear waters and enjoy water sports. Walks around the lake and great bike rides are definitely worth mentioning. Thanks to the well-developed network of bike paths, round-trip rides by bike and e-bike are highly recommended.
Enjoy the beautiful scenery and tranquility around the lake and the lovely Oldenburg Münsterland region. Destinations such as Oldenburg, Papenburg, Leer, and the “Zwischenahner Meer” are just a half-hour drive away. The North Sea is a good 60–80-minute drive away. The town of Harkebrügge (about 2 km away) has everything you need for your stay, including a bakery, a small supermarket, restaurants, a savings bank, a doctor’s office, and a pharmacy.
Other places to visit: Barfußpark (1 km), Barßel Harbor (6 km), and Thüle Animal and Recreation Park in Friesoythe (20 km).
