Welcome to this charming retreat in the heart of the Sologne region, 30 minutes from Orléans, near the Loire Valley châteaux: Château de la Ferté-Saint-Aubin (10 minutes), Château de Beaugency (15 minutes), and Château de Meung-sur-Loire and Chambord (just 20 minutes). Numerous activities are nearby: the Parc Floral de la Source and the Loiret Mills Promenade are 20 minutes away, the Loire River is 15 minutes away, and the monuments of Cléry-Saint-André are 10 minutes away. Other attractions include the Roquelin Gardens and the Ilex Arboretum.
This comfortable and spacious cottage, adapted for people with reduced mobility, offers absolute tranquility in the heart of the woods. Ideal for a short getaway or a week of remote work in a green setting. A new tennis court is available next to the house. The light-filled house is entirely oriented towards nature, offering wonderful walks in the woods. A pool table will enhance your evenings by the fire. This fully renovated, single-story cottage is wheelchair accessible and features a large and beautiful living area with a lounge (fireplace and pool table), dining room, and open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
