The town park is a one minute walk away and features, swimming beach with dock, boat docks, kayak launch. The Lakeside Marina is 30 seconds to the right with boat rentals, fuel sales, boat repairs, towables. Across the street from the Furbish Brew House.

The house was the perfect location for events in town. We were able to walk to our hockey tournament on Haley Pond and other events downtown. The hot tub was welcome after a day on the pond and the slopes. We would definitely stay here again.

The village of Rangeley is beautiful! Morton and Furbish never disappoint with their properties. Always spotless and scenic. Highly recommended.

The property was in great condition and worked for us. Other than machinery behind us working on the new house for long hours and on the 4th all day, it was great. Not in yours or owners control, just bad timing.

If you like older, antique, New England homes, this is a great property with modern amenities managed by a first class agency in a great location walking distance to all the village of Rangeley has to offer. We have rented it twice and will be back.
