Overall, it was an average stay, but a good choice if you want a quiet place with a scenic view, especially in the evening.

Great base to explore Munduk from

Wonderful host , stunning view , well positioned property.

We really had a great time in the homestay. It is well positioned to walk to the ‘waterfall trek’. You don’t need a guide - Anita gives you a hand drawn map and once you start, it’s easy to find the consecutive waterfalls. Highly recommend doing this activity as the scenery on the way ( as well as all the waterfalls) is stunning. One of the waterfalls in particular has around 400 steps down and so you need a moderate level of fitness and wear sneakers. It’s worth the effort though!! Anita was really helpful and great with communicating prior to our arrival. She organised our transport to and from Munduk. You need to use local drivers if you don’t have your own transport as Grab and Gojek aren’t allowed to operate in the area. We ate breakfasts and dinners at the property and really enjoyed the meals. Very reasonably priced and wholesome. We stayed in room 4 . It was very clean , bed was comfortable and the views stunning. Will definitely be back when we visit Bali Suksma Anita and Putu for your warm hospitality and for ensuring we had such a wonderful stay in Munduk.

This place is really lovely! The room was spacious and the shower was great. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve had during our trip. The views from the room and the balcony are stunning making it a really nice place to relax. It’s in a great location and really quiet and peaceful. The staff are all very friendly and helpful too! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

It was good but noisy

The location is absolutely stunning. You can have breakfast, lunch and diner at the restaurant which is also ran by the owners. They also helped me with renting a scooter. Overall it was just nice and oke to stay here for that price.

Unfortunately there were some brown stains in the mosquito net which was not very pleasant to see. I have had 1 big cockroach in my room and think it was because it was very humid in my room. And you have to sleep with earplugs in there is a lot of ambient noise from dogs and roosters. The accommodation itself cannot do anything about this, but its a tip if you want to stay here.

Lovely little guest house and with a friendly host. The views of the valley were spectacular and the room was simple but very clean. The pancakes at breakfast were also a hit with the kids.

Travel around Munduk is challenging without a motorbike. The property was close to other restaurants but there was not a lot to do in walking distance.

It was very convenient for walking to the waterfalls. There were beautiful views of the sunset. The family were very friendly.

It was a little difficult having breakfast and/or dinner as the cooking facilities were limited which incurred quite a wait. The more basic of our rooms was very dark and not pleasant to spend any time in. The bathrooms smelled really bad.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

- Super nettes Personal; für uns wurde ein Scooter organisiert und auch ein Fahrer für die Weiterreise. Auch wurden wir noch nach Schließung des Restaurants noch bekocht - Schöne Terrasse mit toller Aussicht - Sehr großes Badezimmer - Unschlagbares Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

Correct pour le prix, en court séjour uniquement :)

La vue est très chouette et le prix est très correct, le service du warung est vraiment top. La moustiquaire est appréciable, je vous recommande maxi 2 nuits (en louant un scooter évidemment). Et pas mal de Warungs aux alentours. !

Nous pensions être au calme en venant à Munduk, ne vous laissez pas bercer par cette illusion. Les cigales font du boucan toute la journée, les poules et les coqs ainsi que les chiens. Cela nous a vraiment surpris donc c’est vraiment un point notable. Sinon pas de produits de première nécessité dans la chambre, nous avons trouvé l’accueil un peu froid et l’humidité qui règne dans la chambre est vraiment très peu supportable. Les Draps propres deviennent moites donc mauvaises odeurs au bout de 2 jours.
