Not only that, but you also have access to a wealth of luxurious holiday amenities to ensure you can relax to the max - from the heated indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, to the sauna and hammam, plus fitness room and climbing wall. There aren't many apartments in Chamonix that can boast that! The facilities are open every day from 10:00 to 21:00.
La Cordee 412 Apartment has an open living area, with a well-equipped modern kitchen. You'll find everything you need for a self-catered holiday including a microwave and real oven, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. The dining table is full-sized for 4 people, so there'll be no knocking elbows. And the sitting area has a comfortable and stylish sofa, as well as opening out onto the balcony with table and seating for 2-4 people.
There's one double bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space for up to 4 people. Additionally, the sofa converts into a double bed to sleep 2 more people. The apartment's bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC.

There was everything we were looking for to enjoy our accomodation in full way. Perfect place where to stay if you want to be near to centre.

Our 4th stay at Cordee and not our last.
The apartment has all you need for a couple staying two weeks.
Les Praz is quiet, away from the Chamonix centre clamour but close enough to walk down the river path to the shops.
Easy access to trails from the door, with bus stop and train nearby if needed.

The apartment was in a really good location and the facilities were great. Swimming pool was empty each time we went in and the views were amazing! The walk to town was short and scenic by the river.
The only downside for us, was it didn’t have a washing machine which would have been handy for us with 2 young children.

Combining the luxury of the hotel to the peace of mind of an apartment. Spa/fitness/pool was a super add on for the evenings after the mountains. Location was super as it was far from the center but not too far. Everything was very clean. Instructions were perfect for a smoothless checking.
+ Closed Garage = Warm car in the morning, no snow cleaning
