Deep Water Channel & Private Pool!
2 bedroom, 1 bath suite located on lower level of home with a separate entrance downstairs with window H-AC units downstairs (no tv's downstairs). (no floor to floor access) Fully furnished living, dining and kitchen area with microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, local telephone, central H-AC upstairs, 2 TV-VCR. Sunroom with TV and VCR. Dining seating for 8 plus 4 barstools. Outside shower, floating dock and private pool overlooking the waterway. Picnic tables, charcoal grill. This house is on a deep water channel perfect for fishing and enjoying the relaxing views.
Dog Friendly! Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
The Space:
The upstairs has 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom upstairs has 1 queen bed. Upstairs has 2 bathrooms. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed. Downstairs has 1 bathroom.
Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense.
Guest Access:
Guests will need to pick up and return key(s) to and from rental office.
The Neighborhood:
Located on 60th Ave N in the Cherry Grove Beach section of NMB along the channel. Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

We loved the pool, dock, house location and number of bedrooms. We were most disappointed with the kitchen. The cabinets were old and dirty. We typically do a lot of cooking on vacation. We had 3 cheese graters, 6 coffee pots and 2 microwaves but no pot holders or mixing bowls and 1 cookie sheet. The bedsheets were clean but we had to wash a bedspread because it was covered in dog hair. We all have dogs and love them but we don't want to sleep with someone else's dogs hair. Also the ceiling fans, registers and furnace filter were caked with dust. We had cockroaches which I believe is common in the area but i would also say that the place should be exterminated since it is a rental property.
Honestly we had a great time and although these things bothered us we didn't let it affect our vacation.
