About this house rental
Enjoy our quiet townhome on the beach in Blue Mountain with endless ocean views! Completely renovated in 2024 with chef's kitchen, incredible master bedroom suite, and plenty of room. Sleeps up to 10. The solitude of the west end of 30A is unbeatable as well as the number of restaurants within walking distance! The pool is perfect for those red flag days. Look no further than our townhome for your perfect 30A vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this Blue Mountain Beach rental. The view of the ocean from both the living room and the master bedroom was absolutely incredible and dreamy. The location truly could not have been better. Being right on the beach made the whole experience feel relaxing and special.The rental itself was beautifully decorated with a tasteful style and lots of character. It felt cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. The owners also provided just about everything you could think of needing during a beach stay, which made everything very convenient.One thing that pleasantly surprised us was how quiet the unit was. Even though there were neighboring units on both sides, we could barely hear anything at all, which made for a very peaceful stay.We also had plenty of room for our family, and overall the home was very comfortable and enjoyable.There are only a few small suggestions that could make the stay even better for future guests. A full-length mirror somewhere in the home would be really helpful, and the bathroom lighting was a bit dark for applying makeup. A makeup mirror or brighter lighting in one bathroom would be a great addition. Also, a handrail near the top of the stairs may be worth considering, as the stairs can feel a little slick and it could add an extra layer of safety.Other than those small things, we truly loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a beautiful beachfront getaway in Blue Mounta

The rooms were well stocked with linens, the washer and dryer were very handy. The finishes in the bathrooms with kohler products were beautiful. The views were amazing. The kitchen could use some new cookware like baking sheets, various sizes of pots/pans, and more kitchen hand towels. The blackstone was rusted and unusable. I would recommend installing a handrail on the staircase.
