Enjoy our quiet townhome on the beach in Blue Mountain with endless ocean views! Completely renovated in 2024 with chef's kitchen, incredible master bedroom suite, and plenty of room. Sleeps up to 10. The solitude of the west end of 30A is unbeatable as well as the number of restaurants within walking distance! The pool is perfect for those red flag days. We had the absolute best stay and plan to come back year after year. This condo is beautifully decorated, has all amenities that you could think of, incredible views, and private beach access just steps away. There are steep stairs the lead down to the beach so if that’s an issue for a traveler, just take note. We had no problems and enjoyed the extra exercise. The beds were so comfortable, nice towels and linens, exceptional kitchen. Our young children loved this place too. There were board games and puzzles available in the unit.We enjoyed walking to the Blue Mountain Bakery and Creamery almost daily. We also rented bikes and enjoyed those as well. This was like a little slice of heaven. We all felt rejuvenated and relaxed. Wonderful place!

We’ve been vacationing on 30A for 16 years, and this property was one of the best oceanfront spots we’ve stayed in. The views were incredible — it felt like having a private beach right outside the door. The home was spacious, clean, exactly as advertised, and the kitchen was fully stocked.A few small things could be improved (like adding more towel hooks, refreshing some outdoor furniture, and updating the master bed), but overall the location and comfort made for a wonderful stay. We’d definitely come back again!

Check in was a breeze and the host allowed us to check in earlier than 4:00pm. The kitchen and blackstone griddle are a plus. The kitchen has everything you need and more!
